Initiatives and Enterprising

I&E is something we're constantly looking at in order to break out of the mold of mediocrity and stagnation. Most activities require less than a dozen brothers. We thought we needed other programs to gainfully occupy those that can't get involved as much or whose times are limited due to work, family, and lifestyle. Programs don't necessarily have to be of the charitable norm. They could be intended to boost morale and create a space for recreation.

"Initiatives and enterprising" connote action, and assertiveness.
